Dr. Natalie Lanham,

DSW, LCSW

Dr. Natalie Lanham specializes in trauma, anxiety, post traumatic stress disorder and the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral therapy (DBT). She has worked as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for 31 years in the Salt Lake Valley with children, adolescents, adults and families struggling with a variety of mental health disorders. Natalie graduated from the University of Southern California as a Doctor of Social Work, and received her Master of Social Work from Brigham Young University. 

 

Natalie has additional expertise in treating patients with traumatic brain injuries, addressing Veteran's issues, sports psychology for athletes, and LGBTQ+ issues. Natalie specializes in play therapy, dance therapy, and art therapy with an emphasis in molding therapy techniques to her patient's individual needs.

Natalie enjoys chasing after her four children, rescuing animals, skiing, running, and hiking in the beautiful Wasatch mountains.

About

Heather Fleming, CSW

Heather Fleming graduated from Utah State University with her Masters and Bachelors in Social Work. Heather is a Certified Social Worker specializing in anxiety, bipolar and depressive disorders and the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She has worked as a social worker for 15 years in the Salt Lake and Box Elder Counties and is proficient working with children, adults, LGBTQ+ and geriatrics struggling with a wide array of mental health disorders.


Heather has additional clinical background treating schizophrenia spectrum and other psychotic disorders, personality disorders, trauma, grief and bereavement. Heather uses a variety of methods to make each client’s experience productive. Heather lives in Brigham City with her husband and enjoys spending time with her four children, and grandchild, as well as reading, camping, and traveling.

Natalie Jensen, LCSW

Natalie Jensen graduated from the University Of Utah with a Masters in Social Work.  She has been a family therapist working with children, families, and adults at a mental health center for 8 years.  She has practiced through The Childrens Center, is on the board of Directors for Kampala KOSTOPULOS Foundation as well as a published author.  She specializes in trauma, grief, anxiety, PTSD, self-esteem, and depression.  Natalie uses the modalities of play therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Sand Tray (for children), and listening.  She believe that the most important aspect is really hearing what a person has to say, and being present anc compassionate through the process until a solution is found.

Natalie has two children who live with disabilities.  She has a good foundation navigating the medical arena, school setting, state support for families, and the help and understanding needed at home.

Natalie also owns a cupcake business, which has only increased her therapeutic understanding by managing various situations, working with people, and finding resolutions.  Cupcakes bring out smiles!! She enjoys reading, movies, concerts, and taking care of her two children.
