Dr. Natalie Lanham

Dr. Natalie Lanham specializes in trauma, anxiety, post traumatic stress disorder and the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral therapy (DBT). She has worked as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for 31 years in the Salt Lake Valley with children, adolescents, adults and families struggling with a variety of mental health disorders. Natalie graduated from the University of Southern California as a Doctor of Social Work, and received her Master of Social Work from Brigham Young University. 

 

Natalie has additional expertise in treating patients with traumatic brain injuries, addressing Veteran's issues, sports psychology for athletes, and LGBTQ+ issues. Natalie specializes in play therapy, dance therapy, and art therapy with an emphasis in molding therapy techniques to her patient's individual needs.

Natalie enjoys chasing after her four children, rescuing animals, skiing, running, and hiking in the beautiful Wasatch mountains.

Heather Fleming, CSW

Heather Fleming graduated from Utah State University with her Masters and Bachelors in Social Work. Heather is a Certified Social Worker specializing in anxiety, bipolar and depressive disorders and the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She has worked as a social worker for 15 years in the Salt Lake and Box Elder Counties and is proficient working with children, adults, and geriatrics struggling with a wide array of mental health disorders.


Heather has additional clinical background treating schizophrenia spectrum and other psychotic disorders, personality disorders, trauma, grief and bereavement. Heather uses a variety of methods to make each client’s experience productive. Heather lives in Brigham City with her husband and enjoys spending time with her four children, and grandchild, as well as reading, camping, and traveling.

Spring Koeneman, SSW

Spring Koeneman graduated from Weber State with a Bachelor's in Social Work and is currently finishing her Master's in Social Work at Capella University.  Spring specializes in Domestic Violence, LGBTQ+, Adolescents and Mental Health such as anxiety, depression, and Austism.   Spring has over 15 years in the social services field and working with people with disabilities and traumatic brain injuries and other populations.

Spring uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Solution-focused Therapy as well as an emphasis in molding therapy techniques to her patient's individual needs.  She stays up to date on the current therapy techniques as well.

Spring lives in South Weber with her fur babies.  When she is not in school or working, Spring enjoys spending time with her family, time outdoors, and tropical paradises.
